As owners, HighTower Advisors participate in the long-term value of the businesses they build. For example, the enterprise value of HighTower is subject to significantly higher multiples than a single practice. As equity owners, advisors participate in the overall success of our company.
Succession Planning
Equity ownership provides a way for advisors who’ve built a book of business to build a long-term, personal enterprise on their own terms. We fully support creating an organized strategy for passing the business to future generations, bringing additional partners on board and other goals.
Initial Compensation
Going independent typically does not offer upfront compensation for your assets under management. HighTower does. Despite challenging markets, HighTower anticipates strong growth within our first few years.
Start-Up Expenses
HighTower absorbs the full economic requirements for transitioning and starting up your practice. This can include payroll for staff, office space and equipment, technology and legal support.
