Drew Nordlicht is a Managing Director and Partner at HighTower San Diego.
A specialist in the area of restricted stock, stock options, and pre-IPO equity planning, Drew’s extensive experience working in the corporate and venture services arena gives him a unique perspective on the financial issues in both public and private companies. He has successfully navigated the sale and purchase of securities by corporate officers under Rule 10b5-1 plans, collateral loans, sales under Rule 144, 145, and shelf registered securities, employee stock option exercises, and corporate repurchases.
Drew has worked in the field for 25 years, and has been part of the HighTower team for the past three. In addition to his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, Drew is a member of the National Futures Association and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Due to his extensive experience in the financial field, Drew has regularly been featured on news outlets including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, TheStreet.com, Inc. Magazine, The San Diego Business Journal, and Reuters and Bloomberg. In addition to these publications, Drew was also named a 5 Star Wealth Manager by San Diego Magazine in 2014 and 2015.
Drew chose a career in finance because he is committed to working with clients as they realize their financial goals. Drew and his wife Yrsa have two children and reside in Carmel Valley. He leads an active lifestyle as a member of several football and volleyball leagues. In his spare time he enjoys visiting amusement parts or playing sports with his daughters.
