Franklin Templeton Investments provides global and domestic investment management solutions managed by its Franklin, Templeton, Mutual Series and Fiduciary Trust investment teams. FMA manages a number of US and non-US investment companies, including the funds comprising Franklin Mutual Series Fund.

Founded in 1999, Envestnet is a leading provider of wealth management solutions for fee-based advisors and financial institutions.
DLB Capital
With a focus on the financial services sector, DLB has served as lead investor in early stage companies. The firm is based in Connecticut and invests both domestically and globally in areas ranging from annuity insurance to asset management. DLB was established in 2006 by Douglas L. Brown, former Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Brown is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of HighTower’s Board of Directors.
Red Eagle Ventures
Red Eagle Ventures, a private equity firm founded in 2005, has invested in a range of both financial and other types of firms. It is based in San Francisco, California and led by former Charles Schwab Chief Executive Officer and President David Pottruck. Mr. Pottruck currently serves on the HighTower Board of Directors.

Continental Investors LLC, is a private investment company with a focus on financial services and internet-based consumer businesses. Phil Purcell is the Founder and President and has had a long and successful career in global financial services, serving as Chairman and CEO of Dean Witter Discover from 1986 to 1997 and Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley from 1997 until 2005.
