Nick M. Bapis,
Partner and Managing Director
Nick M. Bapis is a Managing Director and Partner with the Bapis Group at HighTower Advisors. Nick began his career at F. I. DuPont & Co. in 1968. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1988, he spent 18 years at E.F. Hutton & Co. During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Nick served as a Senior Vice President, Wealth Advisor and Senior Consultant with the ICS group. He provides wealth management expertise and highly personalized advisory services to individuals, families, small businesses and foundations. Nick’s expertise includes developing equity model portfolios, evaluating separately managed portfolios and strategic planning for wealth preservation. He is active in the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and has participated in numerous continuing education seminars through The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, The University of Chicago and New York University. Nick was recently named in the Barron’s publication of the Top 1000 Advisors, specifically the #2 ranked Financial Advisor in Utah. He also has consistently been on Barron’s Top 100 Advisors list and top 50 Financial Advisors in Registered Rep. Magazine. Nick earned a B.A. in Banking and Finance from The University of Utah.
Michael N. Bapis,
Partner and Managing Director
Michael N. Bapis is a Managing Director and Partner with the Bapis Group at HighTower Advisors. Michael began his career at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor in 1997. During this time, he became a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor. Michael provides wealth management services to clients domestically and abroad. He specializes in equity and fixed income trading, as well comprehensive wealth management for individuals, families, small businesses and foundations. Michael’s expertise also includes alternative investments and insurance. Recently, he was featured on the cover of Investment Advisor Magazine. Michael earned a BA in Management from the University of Utah and an MBA also from The University of Utah.
Alethia Bapis Chatzis,
Director
Alethia Bapis Chatzis is a Director and Partner with The Bapis Group at HighTower Advisors. Alethia began her career at Morgan Stanley in 1998 as a marketing associate with the Investment Consulting Department in the San Francisco regional office. She also worked at Morgan Stanley as a recruiting associate and a Technology Training Specialist. Alethia continued her career at Simms Capital Management as a regional director. In 2006, she returned to the Salt Lake City, Utah and joined the Bapis Group as a Financial Advisor and specializes in client service, retirement solutions and technology integration. Alethia earned a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from The University of San Diego.
Paul Bapis,
Senior Client Service Associate
Paul Bapis is a Senior Client Service Associate with The Bapis Group at HighTower Advisors. Paul began his career working with Nick Bapis and they have continued to work together for the past 37 years. The majority of his career was spent at Morgan Stanley after 18 years of service at E.F. Hutton & Co. Paul’s expertise includes client service, research, and equity analysis.
Jessica Iorio,
Business Director
Jessica Iorio is an Associate with The Bapis Group at HighTower Advisors. Jessica began her career with the Bapis Group at Morgan Stanley in 2006, as a Client Service Associate. She is responsible for managing client service, operations, and marketing. Jessica also implements and monitors the separately managed and custom portfolios. She attended Quinnipiac University on a soccer scholarship and earned a BS in Finance.
