Overview
TREASURY PARTNERS at HighTower comprises a team of 15 investment and portfolio management professionals.
We have been delivering a broad array of conservative investment services since 1982, and we currently oversee more than $10 billion in assets on behalf of private investors, family offices, foundations, endowments, and corporations.
As independent advisors, we operate on a fully transparent, open architecture platform, and the advice we offer our private and corporate clients is objective, and unbiased. (*)

Our Senior Portfolio Manager, Richard Saperstein, has 30 years experience on Wall Street, and is widely acknowledged for his investment expertise. Since 2004, he has ranked in the top tier on Barron’s annual survey of "America's Top 100 Financial Advisors".
In 2011, Barron’s ranked him eighth on that survey, and third in New York State on its listing of the top 1,000 advisors in the country.

We are conservative investors and, while we understand the importance of liquidity and yield, we view preserving the safety of the assets our clients entrust to us as our highest priority.
In addition to our position as independent advisors, one of our greatest competitive strengths lies in the quality of our client relationships. In fact, many clients refer to our platform as a "boutique" practice.
