Richard Saperstein
Managing Partner/Principal/Senior Portfolio Manager
Richard Saperstein is Managing Director/Principal and Senior Portfolio Manager with TREASURY PARTNERS. He has more than 30 years experience on Wall Street, and is widely acknowledged for his investment expertise. Every year since 2004, Barron's has ranked Mr. Saperstein in the top tier on its annual survey of "America's Top 100 Financial Advisors."
In 2011, he ranked eighth on that survey, and ninth among the country's "Top 100 Independent Wealth Managers." In both 2011 and 2012, Mr. Saperstein ranked third in New York State on Barron's survey of the top 1,000 financial advisors in America.
Mr. Saperstein heads a team of 16 investment, trading, and research professionals who deliver a broad array of cash and wealth management services to corporate and private clients.
Mr. Saperstein has been profiled in The Winner's Circle: Wealth Management Insights from America's Best Financial Advisors, and has been featured in or provided commentary for such print and broadcast media as The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Forbes, Smart Money, Kiplinger's, Research Magazine, Financial Week, TheStreet.com, CNBC News, Money Media, and Bloomberg.
He has also authored articles for Financial Executive Magazine and has been invited to speak at conferences sponsored by such groups as the Association for Financial Professionals, and Tiburon Strategic Advisors.
Mr. Saperstein began his career in 1982, and established the corporate cash management practice at Oppenheimer & Company in 1988. In 2003, he and his team established and ran the corporate cash management practice at Bear Stearns, which was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2008. In 2009,he and his team left Bear/J.P. Morgan to affiliate with HighTower Advisors and launch TREASURY PARTNERS, an independent investment advisory firm.
Mr. Saperstein earned his MBA at New York University. He is conversant in Italian, and is an avid salt and freshwater fisherman.
Steven Feit
Managing Director/Partner
Mr. Feit joined HighTower's TREASURY PARTNERS in 2012 as Managing Director/Partner. He previously was with UBS Financial Services.
Mr. Feit began his career in 1981 with J. B. Hanauer. He became a Financial Advisor in 1982 while with Merrill Lynch, and joined Oppenheimer & Company in 1983. He began his management career with Oppenheimer in 1988, and rose to the position of Managing Director/New York Branch Manager.
In 1999, after 16 years with Oppenheimer, he joined Paine Webber, where he served as Senior Vice President/New York Branch Manager prior to that firm's acquisition by UBS in 2000.
Mr. Feit remained with UBS and became a Managing Director in 2005. Over the course of his career with UBS, he held various senior management positions in New York and New Jersey.
In 2010, he was appointed Director of the firm's Florham Park, New Jersey Complex. In that capacity, he managed 70 Financial Advisors and more than 100 employees, and was responsible for overseeing $9+ billion in client assets.
In addition to his client services responsibilities, Mr. Feit oversees TREASURY PARTNERS investment management, finance, and compliance operations.
Mr. Feit holds Series 7, 8, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as an insurance license. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, where he earned his BS degree in Business Administration.
David D'Amico
Managing Director
Mr. D’Amico is a Managing Director and Partner at HighTower. He and Richard Saperstein have been associated since 1988.
Mr. D’Amico specializes in portfolio management on behalf of private investors.
He holds Series 7, 8, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Mr. D'Amico began his career with Oppenheimer & Company in 1986 and was with Oppenheimer for 17 years prior to joining Bear Stearns in 2003.
Mr. D’Amico earned his BA in Economics from Hunter College in 1986.
He was inducted into the Hunter College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2001 in recognition of his undergraduate achievements in basketball and tennis.
Jerry Klein
Managing Director
Mr. Klein is a Managing Director and Partner at HighTower.
He began his career with Oppenheimer & Company in 1996.
Mr. Klein oversees client communications and is also responsible for short term, fixed income trading operations.
Mr. Klein is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received his BS in Finance.
