Scot is a former partner at an AM Law 100 law firm and brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, securities, regulatory and privacy law. He has also served as general counsel and chief compliance officer for three financial services firms and brings years of in-depth experience supporting professional advisors.
