John M. Egan, CFP™

Managing Director, Partner

John Egan is the Managing Director and Partner of The Egan Group at HighTower. With a deep background in financial services, John specializes in the development of personalized, goals-based wealth management strategies for individuals, families, business owners and corporations.

John founded J.M. Egan Wealth Advisors, LLC, more than 25 years ago to provide comprehensive financial and wealth planning for strategies for clients. The practice, which proudly serves more than 250 families in 15 states, was acquired by HighTower in 2016.

John earned his Bachelor of the Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College. He holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) designation, as well as various security licenses and a life/health insurance license. John is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a member of many professional organizations, including the Financial Planning Association and Society of Financial Service Professionals.

A New Jersey native, John is active in the local community. Currently, John serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hartley Dodge Foundation in Madison, NJ. He is past President and board member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, as well as a former member of both the Downtown Development Commission and the Madison Historic Preservation Commission. John served for nine years on the Morristown-Beard School Board of Trustees, and he is a former member of the Business Advisory Board of Hilltop Community Bank of Summit, New Jersey. John remains involved in numerous charitable organizations.

John lives in Madison, New Jersey with his wife, Susan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, boating, skiing, relaxing at the Jersey Shore and renovating his historic home.

Patrick McCahill

Associate Wealth Advisor

Patrick McCahill is an Associate Wealth Advisor for The Egan Group at HighTower. He brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail and three years of industry experience to the team.

Patrick is responsible for managing client relationships, delivering a broad range of client services, implementing updates to client portfolios, and preparing materials in advance of client and prospective client meetings.

Prior to joining The Egan Group, Patrick served as a Research Analyst and Relationship Manager for Gouldin & McCarthy, LLC, where he focused on 401(k) retirement plan consulting and investment research. He currently holds the Series 7 license.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business. While attending Fairfield University, he was instrumental in founding the Men’s Club Lacrosse team and a chapter of the John Taylor Babbitt Heart Club.  

Patrick’s interests include following his favorite sports teams, the Red Sox, Giants, Rangers, and Knicks. He also enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Patrick is recently engaged and a 2017 wedding is planned.

Jennifer Glogolich

Client Service Manager

Jennifer Glogolich is the Client Service Manager for The Egan Group at HighTower. She brings more than seven years of industry experience to the team.

Jennifer’s key responsibilities include account opening, transferring funds, processing distributions, deposits and any other account maintenance items.

Prior to HighTower, Jennifer served as an Administrative Assistant for J.M. Egan Wealth Advisors, LLC, later shifting her focus to operations and client service.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her interests include vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, cooking, reading medical thrillers and visiting Atlantic City with friends.

Matthew D. Harris CMT®

Matthew D. Harris CMT®

Matt Harris brings over 7 years of investment analysis and capital market experience to HighTower.  His current focus is capital market analysis, manager search and selection, and intellectual property creation.  Prior to joining HighTower, he worked as a Financial Advisor with a Senior Institutional Consulting wealth management team, which subsequently left Morgan Stanley in the fall of 2008 to join HighTower.  His work within the wealth management team focused on investment analysis, portfolio construction, and asset allocation.
Mr. Harris holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation.  Mr. Harris played intercollegiate soccer for both University Nevada‐Las Vegas and San Francisco State University, and graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS degree in Finance.
Colin Healy

Colin Healy brings more than 10 years of wealth management and consulting experience to HighTower. Prior to joining Global Investment Solutions, Mr. Healy was a Managing Director and Partner at HighTower with Lyon Wealth Management in San Francisco, CA. Before joining HighTower he spent 7 years at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Consultant and Financial Advisor in the Global Wealth Management division.  

Mr. Healy holds a BS/MBA degree, with honors, in financial analysis and corporate finance from the Jacobs School of Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Certified Investments Management Analyst and a level two candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation. He holds FINRA Series 7,66 & 31 licenses.
Kathleen Prikazsky

Executive Director


Kathleen Prikazsky is the Executive Director of Marketing at HighTower. Specializing in brand strategy, brand building and advertising, Kathleen brings 10 years of robust marketing experience to the firm.

Kathleen supports and collaborates with individual HighTower practices to foster growth through strategic marketing planning and branding initiatives, in addition to serving teams as the chief marketing strategist and a subject matter expert. Kathleen is also responsible for the management and oversight of HighTower’s Marketing/Creative Services team, which develops creative collateral to support both corporate and advisor team marketing efforts.  

Prior to HighTower, Kathleen served in Account Management at an advertising agency, Upshot, where she developed comprehensive marketing campaigns and brand-building strategies for prominent national brands, such as Disney. Previously, she held marketing and advertising roles with Fraser Communications in West Los Angeles and Preston Kelly in Minneapolis, where she was part of the team honored with a Gold Effie for HealthPartners’ “A New Way To Look At Healthcare” campaign.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Advertising Management and Marketing from Drake University. While completing her undergraduate studies, she worked as an intern for a Member of Parliament in London and a Senator in her home state of Iowa. 
Kathleen has contributed to several local, philanthropic organizations, including Toys for Tots and local homeless shelters.

Avita Sukhram

Avita Sukhram joined HighTower in 2011 bringing nearly 8 years of business intelligence and research experience.   Ms. Sukhram began her career at Thomson Financial as a Research Analyst. Her research has been published in media outlets including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, and Barron’s.  Ms. Sukhram most recently served as Senior Analyst at the international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom conducting industry research on key & prospective corporate clients. Previously, she served as a Coordinator on the Equity Research Team at Needham & Company, where she managed relationships with key senior management and external vendors. 

Ms. Sukhram is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Economics, concentration in Finance, and a Minor in Psychology. She holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
